Luxury Residence: Casa Blanca del Mar

The Casa Blanca project is a 23,000 S.F. $9,000,000 luxury oceanfront private residence on Kahala Avenue. The spanish style residence was designed to have the feel and comfort of a resort facility. The Residence included separate servant quarters, court yards , various ponds, pools, fountain, quarters for administative assistences. The structure is built of steel, concrete and cmu was design to withstand the rough coastal envionment. The design incorporates cast columns, arched colonaids, and parabolic ceilings.
