The Honolulu Advertiser Newspaper Production and Distribution Facility is a $24 million, 111, 000 square foot, two story building newspaper production and distribution facility with a third story mechanical room. The building facilitates state-of-the-art, $30 million press equipment. Reynaldo D. Rios dba. Architect Design Associates is sub-contracted to provide architectural services assisting the principal architect AM Partners with design development and construction documents. Responsibility for this project involved design development drawings thru the construction documents, specifications and assist in construction administration. The position requires a working knowledge of construction methods, products, specifications, codes and regulations, including a working knowledge of details, codes and regulations and construction administration.
